Founded and led by Phillip, a seasoned General Contractor, Design-Build expert, Carpenter, Concrete Mason, and ICC Building Inspector II Senior, our firm specializes in code compliance and expert witness services for both commercial and residential projects.

We serve property owners, real estate investors, and builders who require thorough, reliable guidance on code enforcement and construction standards. With a proven track record in design, construction, and inspection, we ensure projects are not only built to last but fully compliant with all applicable regulations.

Phillip’s extensive career includes 44 years in the building industry and 8 years as the Stadium Maintenance Supervisor at Jack Murphy (Qualcomm) Stadium, overseeing 166 acres and 70,262 seats, and hosting major events such as two Super Bowls and the 1998 World Series. His expertise in large-scale facility management and code compliance brings unmatched insight and precision to every project we take on.
